Mix the ground beef and ground pork together. Add 1 teaspoon seasoning powder, 1 teaspoon soy sauce, 1/4 teaspoon MSG, a pinch of sugar, 1 teaspoon sesame oil, and a little bit of betel leaves (washed, drained, and finely chopped). Mix well and let marinate for about 15 minutes.

Pick and wash the betel leaves, then drain. Place the beef and pork mixture onto each betel leaf and roll up tightly.

Continue until all the ingredients are used up.

Preheat the air fryer to 340°F (170°C) for 5-10 minutes. Place the beef rolls in the air fryer, brush a little vegetable oil on top to prevent drying, and cook for about 15-20 minutes at 340°F (170°C).

Once cooked, transfer to a plate and enjoy with rice or rice noodles.
