Ingredients

  • 100 gplain flour
  • 100 galmond flour
  • 200 mlcashew milk (or similar)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Tumeric
  • Paprika or hot sauce
  • 1whole cauliflower

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix everything together. Add water to create the desired consistency. Leave to sit for an hour

  2. 2

    Cut the cauliflower into bite sized pieces and toss in the batter. Leave to absorb for another hour.

  3. 3

    Fry at 200C until golden brown (about 5 mins). Taste a piece and add salt if required.
