Ingredients

  1. 250 gmbeans
  2. 1large potato
  3. 2 tspoil
  4. 1onion
  5. 1Small tomato
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. 1 tspred chilli powder
  8. 1 tspturmeric powder
  9. 1 tspcoriander powder
  10. 1/2 tspcumin powder
  11. 1/2 tspgaram masala
  12. 100 mlwater
  13. 1 bunchCoriander leaves

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Add one tablespoon of oil in a pan

  2. 2

    Add onion and add salt and then add tomatoes sache them until soft then add potatoes and beans add all the spices above-mentioned and cook with lid on.

    When all the veggies are soft add water and again cook for 10 minutes with lid on and finally add garam masala and coriander leaves and switch off the flame.

    Good combination with roti and rice
