Grind biscuits and make a powder of it.

Now add milk slowly slowly as per requirement. Make smooth batter.

Now add eno and mix it.

Now take a pan, put water to boil. Now grease cake tin with butter and spread cake batter evenly.

Put low flame and cover the lid. Cook it for 20 to 25 mins. Check with toothpick, if the toothpick comes out clean then cake is done.

Now cool down cake at room temperature. Then take it out on a plate. Now apply Nutella or chocolate cream, spread it properly. Decorate with colorful candies. The cake is ready.
