Chocolate Cake

Sieve the flour in a bowl. Add all the dry ingredients and mix it well.

In a bowl, add powdered sugar, butter and oil. Mix it well with beater.

Add condensed milk and beat again till we get smooth fluffy texture.

Add vanilla essence and milk. Mix it again. Add vinegar. Add all the dry ingredients we mixed before. Mix it well.

Place the mixture in a greased cake tin. Place it in preheated cooker. Don't forget to remove the gasket and whistle.

Cook it on low to medium flame for 45 minutes.

Garnish with some chocolate syrup, biscuits and chocolates.
