This is a healthy recipe made with green mung dal. A complete protein rich recipe loved by all the members of the family.

Soak green mung dal and raw rice overnight.

Add soaked mixture and ginger in a mixer jar and grind nicely like a dosa batter. Batter should be thick.

Add all the other ingredients and make dosa in a dosa tawa.

Apply oil and cook both the sides in a medium flame.

Serve hot with coconut chutney.
