Poke eggplant with pork. Charred eggplant in the stove fire. When done. Let it cool then peel off skin. Set aside

Marinate pork with soya sauce, flour and white pepper. Stir fry and set aside

Beat egg in a plate, the place eggplant on it. Patten with a pork and add ground pork on the surface.

Heat pan and add cooking oil. Then fry eggplant until done
