Ingredients

  • 4 cupschicken stock
  • 1/2large onion diced
  • As neededOlive oil
  • 2-3medium tomato’s diced
  • 1 cupsour cream
  • To tasteFresh of dried parsley
  • 3 tbspflour mixed in 1 cup water for slurry
  • To tasteSalt, pepper, adobo seasoning

Steps

  1. 1

    Sauté the onion in olive oil with seasonings. Add a little broth along the way so it won’t burn

  2. 2

    Add the rest of the broth, the tomato’s, and brings to a simmer.

  3. 3

    Whisk in the flour/water flurry. And whisk in 1 cup sour cream. Simmer until it slightly thickens

  4. 4

    Add chicken, and pasta back in and top with Parmesan cheese
