It's steamed idli made it microwave super healthy for kids..and so easy to make..my 2-year son loved it as suji is the perfect food as it's easily digested by your kid

Firstly take a bowl add suji and curd whisk well. Now add some water to make a smooth battar. Now whisk well and let it rest for 30 minutes.

Now add all veggies and dry masale, mustard seeds, curry leaves to the battar and mix well and add all dry ingredients.

Now divide the battar into two parts in one part add turmeric powder, add eno and pour the battar into greased mould, steam in microwave for 4 min.

Now in 2 and part add spinach puree for green color and add eno and made with the same process.

Healthy idlis are ready. Enjoy with chutney or sauce or sambhar.
