Delicious poha recipe , the healthy part is that very little oil is used in this recipe..
Steps

Wash the poha 3-4 times and drain the water.

Add sugar,salt,turmeric, lime juice,,,mix it well and leave for 5 minutes.

Now to steam the poha use steel strainer upon any vessel, filled with a glass of water and cover it. Let it steam for 10 minutes on low-medium heat.

After that take out steamed poha in mixing bowl add coriander leaves and peanuts.

For tempering it,heat a tadka pan add oil, green chillies, mustard seeds, curry leaves to it. Once done add this to poha.

Mix all the ingredients together and transfer to a serving bowl, ready to be served, enjoy.
