Sort the ingredients. Then grate capsicum, onion and potato with grater.

Now in a pan add 2 spoon oil. Let it heat. Then add all the grated ingredients along with salt and coriander powder. Fry for 10 minutes in medium flame.

One fry items cool then add the cheese and keep it handy.

Then make a dough with flour. Add pinch of salt and water in a parts to make a soft dough.

Once dough is ready, rest it for 10 minutes. Now make a ball with the dough. Then give a shape of small bowl for stuffing. Then do the stuffing with the fried ingredients and cover it.

Then with the rolling pin roll the dough with little bit of flour. Dont make it big size. Rolling should be in a small size. Once roll done then fry it with oil in a low flame in both the sides.

Then paratha is ready to serve. Serve with tomato sauce or yoghurt.
