Ingredients

5-6 servings
  1. 500 gmsBareek beef mince
  2. 2Chopped Onions
  3. 4Green chillies
  4. 10-12Mint leaves
  5. 1 tbspFresh coriander
  6. 1 tspCrushed red chillies
  7. 1 tspGaram masala powder
  8. 1/2 tspJaefel Jawetri powder
  9. 1Egg
  10. 1 tbspGinger garlic paste
  11. 1 tspSalt
  12. Oil for frying
  13. 2 tbspBhuna besan
  14. Coal for dum
  15. Tomatoes,onions and capsicum for sidelines

Steps

45-60mins
  1. 1

    Put mince and all ingredients in chopper and chopperise them well.

    A picture of step 1 of Chullu Kabab.
  2. 2

    Give them long kabab shape and then give coal dum.

  3. 3

    Fry these kababs and set aside.

  4. 4

    In 1 tsp oil sauté square cut onions,tomatoes and capsicum.
    Serve the Chelu kababs with Saffron rice,fries and sautéed veggies.
