Wash your begged well then pick it up.Cut into your choice of size.

Put water into the sufuria until it becomes hoter.

Add the vegges.Cover it well.

Turn it with time...untill it becomes softer to be consumed.

Place it somewhere to cool up.....

Put another clean sufuria and add oil in it

Add your well round sliced onion

Add your garlic you can also powder one

Add your tomatoes well chopped

Mix well then cover to simmer for not more than 5minutes.

Add your vegges and add milk in it

Turn well then cover to soften well

Turn it over and remove it.place somewhere to cool..

You can leave it for two days as you use milk to simmer it up for those two days to add the taste....Serve it with Ugali
