Cut into desirable size

Boil water and add the vegges

Cover well to boil

Turn with time untill tender

Put sowhere to cool

Put your sufuria with oil

Add your well diced onions untill golden brown color is obtained

Add your green pepper

Add your tomatoes then turn the mixture well

Add your vegges with milk then cover

Turn with time

You can place it somewhere to cool,leave it for two good days as you simmer it with milk daily
