Ingredients

8 servings
  1. 2 kgBeef Boti
  2. 250 gmyoghurt
  3. 150 mlMustard Oil
  4. 250 gmOnion (fried in oil and crushed in chopper)
  5. 5 tbspGreen papaya paste
  6. 4 tbspGinger Paste
  7. Behari Masala
  8. 4 tbspCumin seeds
  9. 4Black Cardamon (Bari Elaichi)
  10. 2 tspBlack pepper
  11. 1 tsp eachNutmeg and Mace
  12. 1 tbspred chilli powder
  13. 1 tspchilli flakes
  14. 1 tbspGaram masala powder
  15. 3 tbspPoppy seeds (washed soaked dried - grinded into paste)
  16. salt as per taste
  17. you can adjust chillies as per your taste too

Steps

  1. 1

    Washed meat and drain all water

  2. 2

    Grind All whole masala.

  3. 3

    Mix all masala Mustard Oil ginger paste and onion mix in meat

  4. 4

    Mix everything very gently for at least 15 min keep it marinated for 5 to 6 hours or overnight.

  5. 5

    2 hour before cooking add papaya paste and popee seeds paste mix well. yoghurt will be mix just before cooking.

  6. 6

    Cooking ditection:
    Authentically they should be cooked on coal during cooking pour ghee little bit during bar be que.

    I baked them in oven and give them coal smoke good enough for at least 30 min.
