First of all, boil the Vermicelli for 2 minutes after adding hot water and adding a little salt and oil in it, then chop all the vegetables.

Now heat oil in a pan, add musterd Seeds, add curry leaves and green chillies. then add chopped potatoes and fry for 2 minutes. Potatoes will also be cooked.

Now add chopped onion and fry for 2 minutes. then add tomatoes, roasted peanuts and all the spices and mix well.

After mixing the vegetables, you will turn off the gas. then add boiled Vermicelli, sugar and lemon juice and mix well.

Now after mixing the Vermicelli, and chopped coriander leaves.

Take out the Vermicelli in a plate and serve a few finely chopped onions and eat it.
