Knead the hard dough of gatta

Take one small portion & roll it like a roll

Cut it in small pieces & boil in the water.

In a bowl take curd add red chilli powder,turmeric powder

Heat a kadhai...add oil then add jeers mustard seeds & kalaunji

Then add curd mix to the oil

Make tomato purée and add...add all other spices and cook for 2-3mins

Then add boiled gatta and mix well

If you want gravy then add gatta with water

Gatte ki sabzi is ready

Serve with chapati/paratha & enjoy.
