Melon Smoothie 🍹 / Fried Chicken with Tomato Sauce 🍅

Melon Smoothie: Wash, peel, and juice the oranges. Cut the melon into pieces. Add all the ingredients to a blender, blend until smooth, and serve.

Fried Chicken: Season the chicken with salt and pepper, add oregano, and grate the garlic over the chicken. Mix well and add the tomato sauce.

Add the grated cheese and mix to combine. Place about 2 tablespoons of flour on a plate and coat the chicken pieces. Heat a little oil in a skillet until very hot, then fry the chicken for about 2 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve with tomato sauce and sour cream.
