Sweet potatoes with fried egg and stew

Wash and feel ur sweet potatoes and cut it to ur desired shape

Heat up vegetable oil and fry the sweet potatoes for some minutes

For the fried egg:- place a pan ad some little oil and break the egg add ur slicer onions and peppers and some seasonings when it's done turn to the other side

For the stew:- wash ur onions, pepper and tomatoes then slice it, place a pan on heat add ur vegetable oil add chopped onions, tomatoes, pepper cook for some minutes add ur seasonings

When it's done keep it down and off the heat

Serve and enjoy!
