Add all purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt and oil in a mixing bowl and mix all ingredients well.

Add curd and mix well. Now knead a soft smooth dough by adding water. Cover the dough and rest for 2 hours.

Now take a portion of dough and make a ball and flatten it.

Sprinkle black sesame seeds and coriander leaves and roll round shape with the help of rolling pin.

Brush with a little water over Kulcha and slowly flip the Kulcha and put it on hot Tawa.

Now after a minute flip the Tawa upside down and cook Kulcha directly on flame till it turn golden and puffs up.

Gently scrape Kulcha from bottom and remove and brush some butter to keep it moist.

Serve hot with any curry.
