Boil water. Add lemon slices and then add rice and boil it till 1part left.

Heat some oil in a pot, add cloves and green elaichi. Stir it. Then add dry nuts and stir fry it.

Then add sugar and milk and mix it. Cook it till sugar dissolves.

Add boil rice in it. Mix it. Cover it and cook on medium flame for 10 minutes till water evaporates.

Now sprinkle some colors on the rice. Sprinkle khoya and cover the lid. Let it simmer on low flame for 10 minutes or until done.
