Steps

Take a pot. Add oil. Now add ginger and garlic and saute.

Now add white part of spring onions and saute for 2 mins.

Now add vegetables and again saute for about 2 to 3 mins.

Now take cornflour and mix well in water. Add this mixture into it.

Now add one cup of corns into it. Another half cup grind it in mixer and add to it to get creamy texture.

Add soya sauce, Vinegar, red chilli sauce, vinegar, Ajinomoto into it and boil for 2 3 minutes. Add green part of spring onions and serve hot.
