  • 250 gm magh dal,
  • 2 tsp salt,
  • 2 tspsugar,
  • 2 tsp ginger , chilies
  • 200 mlwater

    Mix the magh dal soak before 2 hrs from making, and put in mixer to grind along with salt, adu chilies paste, turmeric and 2 spoons of water,1 spoon of eno and 2 spoons of sugar then put it in steam

  2. 2

    Let it be kept into steam in cooker for 20 mins, Ready to serve, can eat it with Sauce
