First of all, remove the peel of the onion and keep it clean, then make a small incision in the onion to fill the spices.

Take out all the spices in a bowl, prepare tomato puree and put 3 onions garlic,ginger and make a paste.

Fill all the spices in the chopped onion and fry it in hot oil

Heat the oil, add cumin seeds, add onion paste and brown them, then add tomato puree and cook by adding spices.

Add water as required for gravy and cover it and cook for 5 minutes,Add salt as needed

Now put the fried onion and cover it for cooking, garnish with coriander and serve with roti paratha
