Today, I made Thukpa, a vegetable noodle soup, for the first time. It's quite popular in the Northeast. It's made by adding noodles to a vegetable soup. It turned out so well that I've been asked to make it again. Try it and let me know how it turns out.

Today, I made Thukpa, a vegetable noodle soup, for the first time. It's quite popular in the Northeast. It's made by adding noodles to a vegetable soup. It turned out so well that I've been asked to make it again. Try it and let me know how it turns out.

First, boil the noodles in hot water with salt and 1/2 tablespoon oil. Then drain and rinse them lightly.

Chop all the vegetables and set them aside. You can choose vegetables according to your preference.

Now, heat oil in a pan and sauté the chopped garlic and ginger with the onion. Then add the remaining vegetables and cook for 3-4 minutes.

Add the noodles and water. Then add tomato chili sauce, soy sauce, salt, and black pepper. Let it boil. Add cumin powder and cilantro, and boil for another 5 minutes.

Your delicious Thukpa, or vegetable noodle soup, is ready. Garnish with cilantro and serve.
