For aloo masala: Mash the boiled potato, heat up a pan, add oil add mashed potato, add dabeli masala, and mix well.

For masala peanut: Dry roast peanut untill crispy in low flame after it cools down mash them so that covering of peanut gets separated add oil, red chilli powder, salt and mix well.

For garlic chutney: In a mixture add garlic, red chilli powder, grind them, add salt to taste.

For assembling: Take a pav bread cut from middle apply garlic chutney then imli chutney then potato mixture then masala peanut and sev cover it and cook in a heated pan by applying oil/ butter.
