Rolled ice cream is new Thai sensention made with few ingredients and is made quickly on a chilled flat surface , at home it's made and chilled in freezer. I tried to make it for cream contest with @zobia with blue berries it was so tasty can be made with any fruit of choice or candy /oreo etc. You need some sharp edge chopping spoon or scrapper to chop the ingredients and to roll up ice cream.

1 cupfresh cream
2-3 tbsp condensed milk
1 cup blue berries
Scrapers with sharp edges
For sauce
1 cupblue berries
1 cupor less sugar
1 tspcorn flour if required
1 tsplemon juice

Steps

First take a flat metal tray and freeze it

Take out and spread cream and condensed milk in center

Put berrirs or any fruit or cookies in center

Crush them with 2 scrapers and mix them together but not too fine

Spread it thinly on same tray

Freeze it until hard

Prepare sauce

Make puree of berries

Cook it with sugar if you like sour put sugar according to taste

Cook till thick if required add little corn flour dissolved in water and cook for few mins

Add lemon juice

Take out in bowl and cool

When ice cream is set take out and scrape carefully with a same scrapper like rolling up

Take out in bowl and drizzle your Berry sauce and enjoy.
