Ingredients

  • 1 cupPlain flour -
  • 1/4 cupSugar -
  • 4-5Riped banana
  • 1 cupMilk
  • 1Egg - med
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tspVanillin

Steps

  1. 1

    Mash banana using fork (keep aside)

  2. 2

    Add sugar and egg. Mix with mashed banana. (Mix using spatula)

  3. 3

    Add flour, salt and vanillin. (Mix using spatula)

  4. 4

    Add milk and mix well using spatula

  5. 5

    Heat non stick pan. Spread butter to easily toss the pancake

    Serve with banana and honey (kids would love this)
