Clean and wash the pomfret. Make gashes on it

Now add chilli powder, salt, amchur powder, tandoori masala and lemon juice on it. Coat well. Keep aside for 15 min.

After that. In big size bowl. Add semolina and rava. Add red chilli powder, salt and amchur powder again in it as per taste. Then add curry leaves. Add water and mix well make thick batter. Add food colour mix well keep aside.

Now coat the fish on batter.

Heat oil. Fry fish on both sides. Till done and crisp.

Serve hot with sambhar and rice or chapati. With lemon pieces and chopped onion.
