Heat oil in a pan.

Meanwhile mash the potatoes.

After the oil heats up add the chopped onions in it and fry till it turns translucent.

Then add the mashed potatoes and fry untill golden brown. Add turmeric powder, chilli powder and salt.

Add tomatoes and green chilli in the pan and cook till the tomatoes turn soft.

Heat oil in a pan again.

As the oil heats up take a bread and chop off the sides.

Take some water and make the bread wet a little bit and put a little bit of potato subzi on the bread and roll it.

Then after the oil heats up properly put the rolls for frying. Fry till golden brown.

Serve it hot with the sauce of your choice.
