Egg paratha

In a mixing bowl add flour and salt rub everything well and mix with it evenly with warm water and knead the mixture into a smooth dough knead well.

Divide the dough into 6parts and make a balls out of it. Roll out the one dough ball by dusting it with dry flour and make paratha.

To make egg filling : Break the egg add chopped onion, curry leaves, chilli powder, turamaric powder,coriander leaves and salt mix well and keep aside.

Place the rolled paratha on a hot tawa and let it cook for 1-2mins on medium flame on both sides. Once it starts to puff up keep low flame the heat. Make slit in the side where paratha is joined from the seams.

Fill the paratha pour 1/4th egg mixture into paratha pocket and allow to cook on slow flame for the egg mixture to cook completely from inside.

Apply butter and then flip it over and cook till golden brown and crisp from both sides.

Cut into 2pieces and serve with a cup of hot chai (tea) for breakfast. Thank you.
