Ingredients

45 minutes
6-8 servings
  1. 1 lb.Ground Beef
  2. 1 lb.Ground Pork Sausage
  3. 1Lg. Yellow Onion, diced
  4. 2 CansStewed Tomatoes, undrained
  5. 1Lg. Can or Bottle Tomato Juice
  6. 2-3Tbsps. Onion Powder
  7. 2-3Tbsps. Garlic Powder
  8. 3Tbsps. Dried Parsley
  9. 1-2Tbsps. Italian Seasoniong
  10. 2Tbsps. Dried Chili Flakes
  11. to tasteSalt and Black Pepper,
  12. 2-3 BoxesJumbo Macaroni Noodles or any Pasta will do
  13. Grated Parmesan Cheese, garnish

Cooking Instructions

45 minutes
  1. 1

    In a large stock pot fill it half way with water. Bring it to a nice boil, add some salt to the boiling water along with the pasta. Cook pasta stirring occasionally til soft. Set aside.

    In a large frying pan add the beef and sausage and onions. Cooked til meat is no longer pink and cooked through. Drain grease and add meat mixture to pot with the noodles. To the pot finish adding rest of ingredients. Bring to a low simmer and let cook for 5-10 minutes maybe longer til everything is heated through. Serve and enjoy.

    ** I serve this with Grated Parmesan Cheese on top and Breadsticks or Garlic Toast***
