Ingredients

2 - 3 hours
8 servings
  1. 2.5 lbslean ground beef
  2. 2small onions chopped
  3. 2/3red and yellow pepper chopped
  4. 1&1/2 Tbs Minced garlic
  5. 1 canbeef broth
  6. 6 ouncetomato paste
  7. 1 quarthome canned tomato
  8. 1 candiced tomatoes for chili
  9. 2 TbsWorcestershire
  10. 1 tsporegano
  11. 1 tspsmoked paprika
  12. 4-5fresh basil leaves chopped
  13. 8 ounceselbow macaroni
  14. to taste Salt/red pepper flakes
  15. 2 Tbsolive oil

Cooking Instructions

2 - 3 hours

    Brown ground beef, drain and reserve

    In 2 Tbs olive oil sautee red pepper flakes, chopped peppers first then onion until soft

  3. 3

    Add all tomatoes and paste, beef broth, Worcestershire, garlic and other spice to vegetables and simmer until chopped tomatoes soften (about 1 hour)

    While boiling macaroni add beef to tomato mixture and simmer

  5. 5

    When mac is cooked, add to rest stir and let sit 30 minutes before eating

  6. 6

    Garnish with shredded cheese
