In a pan add Sugar and water and bring it to boil on low flame to make the syrup

Mix the sugar in water and continue to stir in medium flame until you get a string like consistency.

Cut the paneer into 1” pieces and add to the syrup and mix well. Keep stirring for 8-10 mins until the Paneer is well coated with sugar syrup

Set aside the pan and keep stirring until the syrup is of thick consistency and at the end would be dry sugar. Add kewra water to the paneer.

Drizzle powdered sugar and plate. Enjoy
