Ingredients

20-25 minutes
2-3 people
  1. 1 bowlboiled rice
  2. 2onion long slices (fry)
  3. 1beet root juice
  4. 1 tbspgaram masala
  5. 1 tbspjeera
  6. 1bay leaf
  7. 1/2tbps black pepper
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. 1potato chopped
  10. 1chopped capsicum
  11. 1chopped carrot
  12. 1/2 tbspcoriander leaves

Steps

20-25 minutes
  1. 1

    In a Kadhai add oil and then all the masala.

    Then add all the veggies and cook well.

    Add rice along with beet root juices and mix well all the ingredients.

    It is ready to be served with raita and garnished with coriander, fry onion and dry fruits
