mera chota beta khane ke mamlay mein bht zyada sust hai, hr tym bs yhi khta hai ke meri roti na banayein, mjhe bhook nahi hai... lakin mein ye kaise kar skti hoo? is liye us ke liye aisi choti lakin zara moti roti bnati hoo, jo daikhnay mein to choti hai, lakin quantity mein normal hai... is trha hui na ye maa ke pyar vali roti.?🤔

    Pehle wheat flour mein thora thora pani add kar ke normal dough bana lain.

    Ab is dough ko properly goondh ke smooth kar lain

  3. 3

    Phr dough ko air tight box mein daal ke at least half hour tak rest dain, phr roti bana lain

  4. 4

    Note..... dough bnane ke baad aatay ko half hour tak rest zaror dain, foren roti bnane se roti soft or phooli hui nahi bnti
