Soak urad daal for 2-3 hours. Wash daal. Grind urad dal and moong dal with salt, hing into thick smooth paste in mixer grinder.

Mix it well. Beat the paste for 8-10 minutes or till it turns light and fluffy.

Now heat oil in kadahi. Deep fry all the paste giving shape by fingers till the golden brown colour on medium flame.

Remove from the flame and repeat untill all batter finish. Now keep it aside untill cool down.

Take warm water add soak all the balle in it. Give pressure on balle by any utensil so that dip in water well

Now after 1/2 an hour change the water. After 2-3 hour, add balle in serving plate after little squeeze.

Add curd over it. Add tamarind chutney, green chutney, pomegranate, salt chilli powder, chat masala, and cumin powder, and long slices of ginger optional. And serve.
