  • 1 cupBesan
  • 1 teaspoonSalt
  • 1/2 teaspoonRed chilli powder
  • 1/2 teaspoonCumin powder
  • as neededOil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a bowl. Add besan and spices and mix well

    Add water and mix well so that no lumps formed

    Take a kadai. Add oil in it.

    Add paneer in it and fry until golden brown.
