Ingredients

8 servings
  • 2 lbSmoked pork butt
  • 6 tbspFlour
  • 2 canDiced tomatoes
  • 2 canCream of chicken soup
  • 4 canWater
  • 2 cupGreen chiles, roasted, peeled, chopped
  • 6 cloveGarlic
  • 2Jalepenos, roasted, peeled, chopped
  • 6Tomatillos
  • 1Onion, chopped
  • 2 tbspChili powder
  • 2 tbspCumin
  • 1 tbspSalt
  • 2Red potatoes (optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Brown pork in a little bit of oil or bacon grease, coat with flour and brown some more.

  2. 2

    Add tomatoes and 2 cans of water. Add soup and 2 more cans of water.

  3. 3

    Add peppers, garlic and the rest of the ingredients.

  4. 4

    Simmer on the stove top or cook all day in a crock pot.
