Ingredients

8 servings
  1. 2 lbSmoked pork butt
  2. 6 tbspFlour
  3. 2 canDiced tomatoes
  4. 2 canCream of chicken soup
  5. 4 canWater
  6. 2 cupGreen chiles, roasted, peeled, chopped
  7. 6 cloveGarlic
  8. 2Jalepenos, roasted, peeled, chopped
  9. 6Tomatillos
  10. 1Onion, chopped
  11. 2 tbspChili powder
  12. 2 tbspCumin
  13. 1 tbspSalt
  14. 2Red potatoes (optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Brown pork in a little bit of oil or bacon grease, coat with flour and brown some more.

  2. 2

    Add tomatoes and 2 cans of water. Add soup and 2 more cans of water.

  3. 3

    Add peppers, garlic and the rest of the ingredients.

  4. 4

    Simmer on the stove top or cook all day in a crock pot.
