  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 200. Put bread and garlic in a food processor. Blitz until you get breadcrumbs. Slice peppers, put in a baking tray. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt

    Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and pop in the oven for about 20-25 mins
