Steps
- 1
Mix suji, curd and Water mix and keep in fridge for overnight (for easy morning) or for 15 min
- 2
After 15 min check batter consistency it should be like idli batter
- 3
Add tomato,onion,salt and soda
- 4
Add to a heavy bottom or non-stick pan in low flame and cover
- 5
Check after 5 min it should be golden brown now add 1/2 tspn ghee flip to other side
- 6
And cook for another 5 min when it become golden brown add 1/2 tspn ghee and flip for min now your uttapam is ready
- 7
Serve hot with your favourite dip. You can make it no oil completely for diet but I highly recommede to take ghee as it is good for your skin and hairs and absorption of fat soluble vitamin in your body + 3 tspn oil is allowed in your diet but lessen carbs and portion control is the key guys.lots of love enjoy!
