I’m from Abbottabad and my husband is Peshawer ka Pathan😊 our cuisines are definitely different.. I’ve learned many things from my husband,saas and jethani but this is my husband’s specialty and one of my favourites!
Steps

Take a karahi. Heat up oil. Start frying the chicken. Fry it until it changes it’s colour to golden brown.

Now remove excess oil and leave the amount of oil needed for one dish.

Add roughly cut tomatoes in the karahi. Fry them for a minute along with chicken.

Slow down the flame and put lid on karahi. Let it simmer for 15-20 minutes.

Now add green chillies to chicken and fry for 30 seconds. Garnish it with ginger and your dish is ready to serve.

You can serve it with garma garam naans or with white rice.
