Steps

Take all ingredients in one plate.

Add ghee and oil,add masala ingredients, ginger garlic paste and green chilli fry it and add onion to deep fry.

Add carrot, beans, tomatoes and mushroom cook it well.

Add 2cups water, soaked rice for 10 minutes mix with cooked vegetables and brings to Biryani.

Mushroom Biryani was ready to serve.
