    Take a teapot, add the tea, and pour in 1/2 cup of hot water. Let it steep, then pour it into a cup. Add more water to the teapot, rinse the tea, and discard the second water.

    Add the first water back to the tea with sugar and let it simmer. Then add the mint. Enjoy your tea!
