Bengali Vegetable Fried Pulao

Boiled chopped french beans, carrot, peas in water for 10 mins with salt and a pinch of sugar. Strain and keep aside. Prepared boiled rice and keep aside.

In pan add,heat 1 tsp ghee, add raisins, cashewnuts, almonds. Saute for 2-3 minutes. Remove it in plate. Keep aside.

Add & heat remaining ghee in same pan. Add cloves, cinnamon sticks, cardamoms,bay leaves saute for 2 minutes. Add green chillies ginger paste, boiled vegetables mix and saute for 2 minutes.

Add boiled basmati rice,salt,fried dryfruits,mix well and cook for 2 minutes.

Transfer in serving bowl. Serve/ Relish Delicious Bengali Vegetable Fried Pulao with curd or raita.
