Steps

Firstly soaked rice, take a cooker, add oil, heat it and then add cumin seeds, black pepper and roast it.

Now add chopped potato, onion, soya chunks and cook it for 2-3 min and add water.

When water boiled it then add soaked rice and add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and mix it well.

Now cover with lid and cooked it for 10-15 min.

Now biryani rice is ready and serve it with curd.
