In a skillet with a little oil, fry all the chiles. Then add water and boil for about 5 minutes or until they are soft.

Blend the spices with 1/4 of the onion, vinegar, and the chiles until smooth.

In a large bowl or the pot where you'll cook the meat, add the marinade to the meat and let it marinate overnight or at least 4 hours.

The next day, cook the meat for about 3 hours or until very tender, then shred it.

For the broth, just chop some onion and cilantro, add to the broth, and let it simmer for 5 more minutes.

Lightly fry the tortillas in pork lard and add a little of the broth.

Serve the tacos and top with chopped onion and cilantro.
