Make paste of biryani masala and yogurt.cut veggies

Heat oil add ginger garlic paste

Add chicken cube.

Soak rice for half and hour.time of soaking depends on rice quality.

After chicken cube add masala paste.saute for some time.

Add rice in that mixture

Amount of water is very necessary to be cautious about.measure it with spoon. Its half dip with rice and water. excess water destroy the texture of rice(pani itna ho ke spoon dip ho bus)cover and cook on medium flame.check rice after 10 min if its half done and water is dried off then keep on dum.dum(means keep rice wok on tawa with very low flame)for 15 minutes.

Other way for ur convenience is that (water level should be 1 n half inch above rice)

When keep on dum add veggies in rice

Serve with green raita and red lehsan chutney
