Mix all the ingredients, except oil and bread.

Now roll the bread slice, and brush the bread with little water.

On top of one bread we have to keep half of the other bread,place the portion of hung curd mixture in the centre.

And roll it into a cylinderical shape,with the help of plastic and press the edges of bread to give the shape

And Seal the edges

Heat the sufficient oil in the kadai,deep fry the it till golden brown it,

Cut it vertically,Serve with green chutney,and tamarind chutney with slice onion
