Take a pan put oil in it than add onion in it

Than fry till light pink colour

Now add whole garam masala and curry leaves

Now add chopped tomatoes and ginger garlic paste bhunofy well

Now add green chilli paste and salt now add veggies in it

Bhunofy well and add water in it cover with lid

After few minutes when water gets boil and veggies are half done

Add soaked washed rice in it and mix well

Now dry the water and put on dum

Now serve with salad and raita
